Overview

Our Email Hosting service is targeted to serve Small & Medium sized company who has 5 to 200 users. The architecture behind this system is designed to reliably deliver mail, prevent mail lost and easy troubleshooting.

 

Inbound Mail Process

The above diagram show the incoming mails process.

All incoming mails first received by the Inbound Servers whose job is to remove viruses and quarantine spams. Then the good mails are stored in the MailStore. The Inbound Servers provide user interface to let customers verify the quarantined mails and release them if they are not spam mails.

 

Outbound Mail Process

The above diagram show outgoing mail from our customers.

The outgoing mails are sent by the customers to MailStore and then forwarded to Outbound Servers to process. The outgoing mails are delivered out via clean servers, some signed with DomainKey to ensure proper delivery.

By having such componentize designs, we can scale our system to cater for larger load. At the same time able to support customers quickly when problem come.
